We have received them from you in connection with a commercial inquiry addressed to us, the implementation of a contract or the purchase of equipment / services we offer.
What is the purpose and legal basis for processing your personal data by Beatronic Polska?
We may process your personal data, as it is necessary for the performance of the contract, purchase or response to a business inquiry, including:
implementation of contracts concluded under the sales contract;
handling complaints in case it is or has been submitted;
handling your requests, directed through the forms contained on the website www.beatronic.pl
In addition, the law requires us to process your data for tax and accounting purposes. We also process personal data for the purposes set out below, based on the legitimate interest of Beatronic Polska, which is:
ensuring proper customer service;
ensuring the safety of the services we provide;
conducting research and analysis of improving the operation of services or estimating the main interests and needs of customers;
handling your requests, in particular sent to the customer service department and via the contact form in a situation where they are not directly related to the performance of the contract;
debt collection; conducting court, arbitration and mediation proceedings;
storing data for archival purposes, and ensuring accountability (showing compliance with our obligations under the law).
Do you have to provide us with your personal details?
The company requires providing contact details to perform the services provided. If required by law, we may require you to provide other data necessary eg for accounting or tax reasons. In the remaining scope, providing data is voluntary.
What are your rights to Beatronic Polska regarding the data being processed?
We guarantee the fulfillment of all your rights under the general Data Protection Regulation, i.e. the right to access, rectify and delete data, limit their processing, the right to transfer them, not to be subject to automated decision making, including profiling, and the right to object to processing personal data.
You can do this right if:
regarding the request for rectification: you will notice that the data is incorrect or incomplete;
in relation to a request to delete data: your data will no longer be necessary for the purposes for which it was collected by the Company; you will withdraw your consent to the processing of data; or you object to the processing of your data; data will be processed unlawfully; or these data should be removed in order to comply with the obligation arising from the law;
regarding the request to limit the processing of data: you will notice that the data is incorrect – you can request restricting the processing of such data for a period that allows us to check the correctness of the data; the data will be processed unlawfully, but you will not want them to be deleted; we will no longer need the data, but you may need it for defense or redress; or you object to the processing of the data – pending the determination of whether the legitimate grounds on our part override the grounds of objection;
Who do we share your personal information with?
As a rule, the Company does not disclose personal data of clients. Your personal data may only be transferred to intermediary companies and only when it is necessary to perform the contract or purchase (e.g. courier companies providing equipment). The company may transfer your personal data to public bodies fighting against fraud and abuse.
How long do we keep your personal data?
The company stores your personal data in connection with the transaction, contract, inquiry, for the time necessary to carry out the transaction, contract or inquiry, up to 3.5 years from the date of the transaction. In addition, data may be stored by us for the purpose of preventing fraud and fraud for statistical and archiving purposes for a period of 10 years from the date of termination of the contract, transaction, execution of a trade inquiry or an event that necessitates such processing. At the same time, for accountability purposes, we will store data for the period in which Beatronic Polska is obliged to save data or documents containing them to document the fulfillment of legal requirements, including the possibility of controlling their fulfillment by public authorities.
In what situations can you oppose the processing of your data?
You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data if the processing is based on a legitimate interest or for statistical purposes, and the opposition is justified by the particular situation in which you have found or if you are no longer present premises for their processing.
Do we pass your data to countries outside the European Economic Area?
Your personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area and will not be shared with international organizations.
